Off-site Parking Location for Foreclosure Auction Attendees
King County, WA
Foreclosure auctions for properties listed in USA-Foreclosure.com in King County, WA, take place Fridays at 10:00 AM at the northwest corner of the ground level parking area located under the Pacific Corporate Center (PCC) building, located at 13555 SE 36th St, Bellevue, WA 98006.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Auction attendees need to park at an off-site parking location while at the auction, please see below for maps and directions.
  • Beginning Friday September 23, 2011 the PCC off-site parking for attendees to foreclosure auctions will be located just north of the PCC and directly across the I-90 freeway at 13620 SE Eastgate Way, Bellevue, WA 98006

  • A PCC Shuttle (burgundy van) is provided to transfer attendees between the building and the off-site parking during business hours.

  • The PCC Shuttle travels between locations every 30 minutes.

  • Auction attendees are advised to call 425-586-1901 or 425-586-1900 to request a pick-up or talk direclty to the uniformed lot attendants on duty.

  • PCC Shuttle drop-off locations are as follow: a) At the PCC front door outside the reception lobby, and b) PCC off-site parking lot entrance as marked

  • PCC advises attendees that vehicles parked at PCC (13555 SE 36th St, Bellevue, WA 98006) without a permit will be subject to tow at the vehicle owner’s expense.

From the North
  • Take I-405 South
  • Take Exit 11 to merge onto I-90 E toward Spokane
  • Take Exit 11A for 150th Ave SE
  • Turn right onto 150th Ave SE
  • Turn left onto Southeast Eastgate Way
  • Continue on Southesat Eastgate Way downhill for 0.9 miles
  • PCC Off-site parking lot will be on the right
From the South
  • Take I-405 North
  • Take Exit 11 to merge onto I-90 E toward Spokane
  • Take Exit 11A for 150th Ave SE
  • Turn right onto 150th Ave SE
  • Turn left onto Southeast Eastgate Way
  • Continue on Southesat Eastgate Way downhill for 0.9 miles
  • PCC Off-site parking lot will be on the right
From the East
  • Take I-90 West
  • Take Exit 11 for 150th Ave SE
  • Continue through the Exit 11 ramp and follow the signs for 150th Ave SE
  • Turn left onto Southeast Eastgate Way
  • Continue on Southeast Eastgate Way downhill for 1.1 miles
  • PCC Off-site parking lot will be on the right
From the West
  • Take I-90 East
  • Take exit 10B towards Factoria/Richards Road
  • Turn left onto Richards Rd
  • Take 1st right onto SE Eastgate Way
  • Continue on Southesat Eastgate Way uphill for 0.1 miles
  • PCC Off-site parking lot will be on the left
